The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property, including fulfilling customer service requests and performing daily equipment checks. Key tasks include repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as preparing vacant units and maintaining grounds.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance. Strong diagnostic skills and a professional attitude toward residents and colleagues are required.

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
