The Home Support Officer provides administrative and reception support to the Home Manager to ensure smooth customer care delivery. Key duties include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and facilitating communication between residents and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a genuine interest in elderly care. Previous experience in healthcare, payroll using Kronos, and administrative qualifications are highly desirable.
The Home Support Officer position at Calvary Scottvale is a permanent part-time role. The primary responsibility is to support the Home Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth delivery of customer care. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, residents, and staff, with a focus on providing courteous reception and administrative support.
