Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care within a medical/surgical ward, including a Higher Observation Unit and supportive care beds. Responsibilities include patient assessment, maintaining continuity of care, and managing discharge plans from admission to exit.
Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and a minimum of 2 years of acute experience. Candidates need demonstrated competence in medical and surgical nursing along with effective communication skills.
We are hiring enthusiastic and flexible Registered Nurses for our busy medical/surgical ward at Calvary Central Districts Hospital. The ward consists of medical and surgical patients, a 4 bed Higher Observation Unit, and 5 supportive care beds.
Providing direct patient care, in collaboration with the wider healthcare team, you will participate in the delivery of exceptional nursing care to our patients.
