The Auto Painter Helper is responsible for preparing vehicles for painting and maintaining the paint booth and workspace. They assist the Auto Painter in ensuring efficient workflow while adhering to OEM and company safety standards.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in collision center paint operations and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting over 50 lbs are required.

Duties may include sanding and buffing and maintenance of paint booth and workspace. Auto Painter Helpers will be required to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.
