The consultant will lead HRIS payroll projects, handling everything from requirement gathering and functional specifications to deployment and user training. They will also provide first-level support and strategic business advice regarding payroll regulations and processes.
Candidates must have a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) from an engineering or business school with an HR specialty. Significant experience in HRIS payroll consulting or with a software vendor is required, along with strong writing and listening skills.

Vos missions :
Le/la consultant(e) AMOA SIRH Paie interviendra en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du client (grands comptes ou grandes PME) sur tout ou partie d’un projet AMOA SIRH sur le domaine de la Paie / post-paie.
Activités principales :
- Assurer un support SIRH de premier niveau auprès des équipes métiers du client;
- Participer au déroulement d’un projet SIRH Paie en AMOA :
-Assurer un rôle de conseil métier auprès du client et veiller aux évolutions conjoncturelles et règlementaires en matière de Paie / post-paie ;
- Assurer un rôle de chef de projet sur la mission.
Le/la Consultant(e) AMOA SIRH Paie pourra progressivement être amené(e) à :
- Réaliser des audits de processus métier et SIRH sur la partie Paie ;
- Conduire des aides au choix SIRH sur la partie Paie ;
-Gérer la conduite du changement, par l’évaluation d’impact, la définition et la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie adaptée, et la réalisation de moyens innovants;
-Participer à la croissance de Calexa group via des activités internes (avant-vente, prospection, soutenances commerciales, développement méthodologique d'une offre de service...)
Votre profil :
De niveau BAC+4/5, diplômé(e) d'une école d’Ingénieur ou de commerce avec une spécialité RH, vous disposez d’une expérience significative en cabinet de conseil (AMOA SIRH Paie) et/ou au sein d'un éditeur.
Vous avez développé des compétences fonctionnelles/techniques et une maîtrise des outils et solutions SIRH.
Vous avez une bonne capacité d'écoute et d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles. L’autonomie, la rigueur, le sens du conseil sont les qualités nécessaires pour mener à bien vos missions. Ce poste est fait pour vous !
