You will be a trusted partner to contracting officers and program teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professionalism throughout the contracting lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
You will deliver professional federal contracting support in collaboration with AMIC contracting officers, including:

Drafting and maintaining acquisition and contract documents
Conducting cost/price analysis and preparing determinations, justifications, synopses, solicitations, and price negotiation memoranda
Reviewing contractor technical and cost proposals and documenting evaluation findings
Executing cradle‑to‑grave contract administration
Managing contract writing systems, file documentation, and electronic records
Supporting milestone development and ensuring adherence to acquisition timelines
Collaborating with contracting officers, Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR), program managers, security teams, budget analysts, resource advisors, and engineers
Managing contract closeout activities in alignment with government goals
Providing analysis, recommendations, alternatives, process improvements, and other products to support mission execution
Responding effectively to changing priorities and stringent deadlines
Qualifications:

Active, current DoD TS/SCI clearance
More than five (5) years of relevant contracting experience
Experience exercising a limited contracting officer warrant of no less than $1M
Proficiency in all basic contracting support skills, including: Acquisition planning; Milestone development; Cradle‑to‑grave contracting; FAR Parts 6, 10, 11, 16, 31, 33, 37; Cost contracts
