The ServiceNow Architect will design and implement enterprise-wide solutions across SPM, ITOM, and ITSM modules to drive digital transformation. They will also establish platform governance, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, an active Secret clearance, and over 10 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in ServiceNow. Proven expertise in architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are required.
The Opportunity:
Join a fast-paced Agile development program as a key ServiceNow Platform Architect. You will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions spanning Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Service Management modules. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives and optimize service delivery across the JTMS organization.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
