Job Overview
The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in executing assigned warehouse tasks. This includes setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operate palletizing equipment including pallet wrappers and attached conveyor lines while supplying pallets, slip sheets, and tie sheets as needed to maintain continuous production line flow and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and operational issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime and maintain quality standards.
Operate Inventory Management System handheld scanners to accurately track raw materials and finished goods inventory throughout the shift.
Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) in compliance with company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Provide flexible staffing support by covering breaks, lunches, and other assigned duties as directed by supervisor or lead personnel to ensure adequate line coverage.
Maintain compliance with all dairy processing regulations and safety requirements while actively reporting any concerns, hazards, or incidents to supervisor or lead immediately.
Min. Qualifications
Minimum of GED or High School Diploma preferred.
Prior PIT experience preferred.
