We are currently expanding our presence in the Brazilian market and are looking for a talented Ad Operations Manager based in Brazil to join our team. This is a display advertising and ad serving role - not a paid social position. If your background is primarily in Meta Ads or TikTok Ads, this role is likely not the right fit.

The Ad Operations team is the backbone of our activity, and we need passionate, reliable team players to ensure smooth campaign management from start to finish.

Responsibilities

As our AdOps Manager, you will work at the intersection of technology, data, and client delivery - trafficking and optimizing campaigns across our international publisher network, not managing social media ad accounts. Your day-to-day will include:

• Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of international sports websites and platforms.
• Monitor live campaigns using tools such as ReachEffect, PropellerAds, and Google Sheets, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, viewability, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Review advertising materials to ensure full compliance with format requirements and legal standards.
• Work closely with the sales team, clients, and publishing partners to guarantee seamless campaign delivery and transparent communication.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to tags, creatives, and scripts, partnering with IT to find quick solutions.
• Keep publisher records accurate and up to date and verify invoicing to ensure correct campaign margins.
• Deliver clear, insightful reports and regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
• 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, or digital campaign management, with prior experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and other reporting/analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager, PropellerAds, Looker Studio, etc. are required.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana or Google Workspace.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for performance marketing and sports media.
• Google Ad Manager certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Based in Brazil.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is strongly preferred. All other languages are a strong plus.
