The Role 

This is a hands-on Director-level sales leadership role responsible for scaling Buyerlink’s Home Services business in the U.S. You will personally lead and close high-value partnerships with national and regional home improvement companies while managing the current sales team and building the systems, standards, and talent needed to grow. 

You are not starting from zero. Buyerlink has an existing book of business, an experienced team, proven technology, and strong market momentum. Your job is to turn that foundation into a larger, more disciplined, and faster-growing sales organization. 

What You'll Do 

• Own Home Services revenue growth across prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, and expansion 
• Lead strategic deals with national and regional home improvement companies and senior decision makers 
• Build a targeted pipeline through relationships, referrals, account research, outbound prospecting, and industry networking 
• Manage and coach the sales team to consistent activity, pipeline, quota, and performance standards 
• Build the future sales organization by defining hiring profiles, recruiting, onboarding expectations, sales process, and accountability rhythms 
• Tell a clear ROI story through compelling presentations, business cases, and consultative sales conversations 
• Maintain strong CRM discipline with accurate pipeline, clean forecasting, and consistent follow-up 
• Use AI tools to increase sales productivity across prospect research, outreach, coaching, and workflow automation 
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and leadership to sharpen go-to-market execution 
• Travel as needed to meet prospects, close deals, and deepen client relationships

The home services market is large, fragmented, and underpenetrated by performance marketing. Buyerlink has the marketing expertise, technology, data, customer base, and momentum to scale quickly. This role is for a sales leader who knows the space, understands the buyers, and can build a team that wins consistently. 

If you have sold lead generation or performance marketing to home improvement companies, can effectively network and engage with large mid-market and enterprise level accounts, close with speed and discipline, and are ready to build a high-performing sales organization, we want to talk. 

A Note on AI 

AI literacy is a requirement at Buyerlink. In this role, you will be expected to use AI tools to improve prospecting, research, outreach, coaching, and team productivity. We are looking for someone who uses these tools regularly and can help the team understand what works. 

BA/BS degree preferred but not required. Results matter more. 

Base Salary: $125k - $145k , OTE: $225+

Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, market location, and experience.
