Role Overview

This is where your retail journey starts and how you set yourself apart.

We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, awareness, and a strong willingness to learn. As a Junior Retail Advisor, you’ll be at the centre of the in store experience, engaging customers, maintaining standards, and supporting the team in delivering a seamless retail environment.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in the small details, understands the importance of consistency, and is motivated to grow within a high performance retail team.

Experience:

• Experience is not a prerequisite

• 6–12 months in retail or a customer facing role is advantageous

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assisting customers and delivering a positive, engaging in-store experience.

• Influencing customer buying decisions through product knowledge and interaction.

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked.

• Maintaining store cleanliness and upholding company standards at all times.

• Assisting with merchandising in line with management guidance.

• Supporting stock loss prevention and adhering to security procedures.

• Assisting with returns and exchanges in a professional manner.

• Contributing to a well-organised, efficient, and customer-ready store environment.

• The ability to apply what you learn to new situations quickly.

• Basic technical skills (POS systems, mobile devices).
