BukuWarung sedang membuka kesempatan bergabung sebagai Retail Sales Leader Area Serang dan sekitarnya untuk memimpin dan mengembangkan tim Retail Sales Executive (RSE) di wilayah Kota Serang/ Kabupaten Serang.
Memimpin, mengelola, dan juga mengembangkan tim RSE di area Banten
Mengawasi proses akuisisi dan onboarding pelanggan retail di lapangan
Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan dan pertumbuhan pelanggan di area yang akan ditangani
Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, mitra, dan komunitas lokal
Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi performa tim serta aktivitas pelanggan secara berkala
Mendukung dan mengeksekusi program penjualan serta kegiatan komunitas perusahaan
Menyusun laporan kinerja area dan tim secara rutin kepada manajemen
Pengalaman sebagai Team Leader/Supervisor Sales (QRIS, fintech, FMCG, atau retail menjadi nilai tambah)
Memahami pasar Banten dan dinamika komunitas lokal
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, coaching, dan problem solving yang baik
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan mampu memotivasi tim
Komunikatif, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja lintas tim
Memiliki growth mindset dan kemauan belajar yang tinggi
