The role involves administering land and financing closings by coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and title companies. Additionally, the position handles accounting tasks such as recording journal entries and supporting balance sheet reconciliations.
Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in contracts or closings, preferably within the homebuilding industry. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a working knowledge of accounting principles and contract law are required.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-Site) | Type: Full-Time
As Brown Haven grows, so does the number of land and loan closings running through our finance team at any given time. The Closing Coordinator/Accountant keeps those closings on track by coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and title companies, reviewing HUDs, and making sure every closing package and deadline is handled accurately and on time. You'll also handle the accounting side of closings, including recording entries and supporting balance sheet reconciliations tied to the transactions. It's a great fit for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping a lot of moving pieces on track at once.
