Partner with Account Executives to design and deliver customized technical demos and proposals that align the BriteCore platform with customer goals. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and guide future platform development.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Presales experience in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years within the P&C insurance industry. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.

We’re hiring a Senior Presales Engineer to help prospective customers understand how the BriteCore Platform solves their most complex challenges. You’ll work closely with each organization to uncover their goals, configure our software to highlight its strengths, and deliver tailored demos that demonstrate the value of the BriteCore Platform.
You understand Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, approach problems analytically, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence. You bring the perspective and composure to bridge technology, business and customer impact.
This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.
