The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, handling materials, and inspecting products for flaws. They also manage packing specifications and maintain facility cleanliness to ensure efficient production.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are required.
