As a Junior Customer Success Manager at Brevo, you will support a portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts, helping them get value from Brevo's platform across key moments in their lifecycle. You will work closely with senior CSMs and your manager to learn account management best practices, respond to customer questions, and start building the marketing and platform knowledge needed to offer proactive recommendations over time.

This role is a great opportunity to develop strong communication and stakeholder skills, learn to manage a growing portfolio independently, and grow into a strategic advisor role as you gain experience.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Digital Marketing
• Some exposure to working against KPIs such as Renewal Rate, Product Adoption, or Account Health (e.g., through prior CS, sales, or marketing roles)
• Exposure to or interest in managing accounts with multiple stakeholders; willingness to grow into larger, more complex portfolios
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to build trust and understand customer needs, growing over time into a more advisory role
• Good presentation and communication skills
• German at native level and English at C1/C2 level (written & spoken)
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities
• Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and eager to take ownership as you build experience
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, Onboarding) to resolve customer issues
• Familiarity with CS tools such as Planhat, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus
• Comfortable working with data and KPIs, with a willingness to build a more structured, data-driven approach over time
