Manage day-to-day office operations, facility needs, and vendor relationships for the London office. Act as the primary link between European teams and HR/Finance for onboarding, policy questions, and event coordination.
Requires over 5 years of relevant experience with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workplace and Slack is necessary, along with flexibility to work outside standard hours for different time zones.

We're looking for a Workplace Operations Coordinator to keep our European offices running smoothly and serve as the go-to link between our teams in Europe and our HR/Finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, people-oriented, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats. This will be an in-person role in our London office.
Compensation: £50-60k range
