About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Motion & Branding Designer to join our growing

global creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand identity,

design & motion graphics. They will create content that connects with audiences

across platforms for our wide range of sporting clients in the UK, India, and

Australia.

You’ll help creatively on both branding and motion projects, combining exceptional

static design, typography, and animation with strong brand instincts. Working

across everything from foundational brand identity assets and compelling pitch

decks to dynamic social motion content, you’ll collaborate closely with creative and

Production teams bring ideas to life. You are a true hybrid—equally comfortable

designing a beautiful static layout as you are animating a high-energy social

Campaign.

We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps up with

creative trends and an eye for detail that elevates every frame and canvas.

Ideally, you will have a passion for sport and consume a wide variety of content

across football, cricket, boxing, and motorsport amongst others.

What You’ll Do:

• Help creatively on brand and motion design projects, delivering high-quality
• Assets across social, digital, and presentations.
• Seamlessly bridge the gap between static graphic design and motion graphic
• Design, ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Design, format, and elevate compelling pitch decks and visual presentations to help sell creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with creative, editorial, and production teams to develop and deliver ideas that meet the brief.
• Manage multiple projects at once, maintaining clear communication with project leads.
• Keep up with design, motion, and social trends to push creative standards.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the creative team.
• Maintain clear project structures and tidy file management practices.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Motion & Branding Designer, Graphic & Motion Designer, or similar.
• Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A proven dual mastery: equally talented at producing premium static graphic design and dynamic motion graphics.
• Some experience designing pitch decks, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Experience working in a busy agency or studio environment, ideally within Sports or Entertainment.
• Confidence in presenting ideas, brand concepts, and creative approaches clearly.
• A flexible, solution-based mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• A collaborative, positive attitude and passion for visual storytelling.
• Curiosity for new tools and AI-driven workflows that improve creativity and efficiency

Good to Have

• Prior experience in sports media, entertainment, or digital broadcasting.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content optimization across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and OTT/digital channels.
• Motion graphics and basic visual effects capability within After Effects or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Audition or equivalent audio post-production tools
• Ability to precisely match creative references and deliver consistently under deadlines.
• Proficiency in AI-powered video editing and productivity tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Experience working with live event or real-time sports content production.
