As Senior Finance Manager, you will provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership to support the delivery of commercial and financial objectives in Poland. You will drive business performance, strengthen financial governance and compliance, lead and develop finance teams, and collaborate across the organization to create sustainable value. The role also plays a key part in transformation initiatives, demonstrating digital innovation and AI-enabled insights to support decision-making and business growth. The role will manage a team of (1) control and compliance analysts in country, to ensure stringent compliance to local laws and regulations, and (2) financial analysts supporting commercial decision making. The role will also interact and provide oversight of supporting financial activity delivered through an offshore model. The role will also hold directorship and board positions
