Andrology Laboratory Technician – Englewood, NJ
Join a leading fertility and reproductive medicine organization as an Andrology Laboratory Technician. This position is ideal for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a biological, chemical, clinical laboratory science, or related field who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Travel to Basking Ridge and northern satellite locations is required.
Responsibilities include specimen processing, laboratory testing, quality control, record maintenance, and supporting infertility assessment and treatment through accurate and timely laboratory results. Prior clinical or research laboratory experience is preferred, but candidates with laboratory training through their degree program and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
The Andrology Laboratory Technician follows the laboratory’s procedures for specimen handling and processing, reporting and maintaining records of patient test results. Attention to detail is essential with these duties. The Andrology Lab Tech will be responsible for serving patients by providing precise and accurate laboratory results for the purpose of infertility assessment and management. This role is responsible for performing Andrology and Endocrine laboratory services in accordance with the Laboratory Procedure Manual.
