The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food while maintaining a clean, organized bar area and ensuring high guest satisfaction. They must also manage inventory, handle guest payments, and adhere to safety and alcohol service regulations.
Candidates are required to have previous bartending or mixology experience and must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. A high school diploma is preferred, and a food sanitation certificate is required within 90 days of employment.
