The MFE Process Engineer is responsible for supervising production processes to ensure quality and productivity while managing projects according to internal and external standards. They also oversee the implementation of manufacturing improvements, equipment validation, and the coordination of cross-functional teams to meet RPP objectives.
Candidates must have intermediate experience in manufacturing processes, product implementation, and problem-solving methodologies. Proficiency in statistical tools, SAP-P81, APQP, and Microsoft Office is required, along with an intermediate level of English.

1. Supervisar el proceso de producción con el fin de asegurar la calidad y productividad planeada de acuerdo a la unidad de negocio, requerimientos de cliente y procedimientos internos.
2. Coordinar y administrar proyectos del área de acuerdo a procedimientos internos (CDQ’s) y externos del cliente (APQP’s).
3. Desarrollar e implementar objetivos RPP dentro del área de manufactura con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción y calidad del VSL.
4. Coordinar y organizar juntas periódicas de revisión con las áreas soporte para actualizar el estatus de los diferentes proyectos de RPP que han definido para el año en curso con el fin de facilitar su implementación.
5. Dar seguimiento al IPN en indicadores OEE, capacidades de planta, lecciones aprendidas y reclamos de calidad en el área con el fin de asegurar la implementación en los procesos de manufactura.
6. Participar en auditorias de procesos y calidad (internas/externas) con el fin de conocer los hallazgos presentados asegurando el seguimiento y aplicación de las acciones correctivas.
7. Promover la seguridad, salud, protección del medio ambiente y la mejora en el desempeño energético de acuerdo a las normas ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 50001 en sus versiones vigentes, así como el cumplimiento de la CD03800 y normas aplicables.
Revisar la aprobación para la emisión de Production Part Approval Process (PPAP´s) en conjunto con el coordinador de proyectos y QMM con el fin de cumplir con las especificaciones y estándares de calidad internos y externos.
• Planear e implementar los procesos de fabricación de productos de acuerdo al incremento de capacidad de acuerdo al Capacity Chart emitido por la planta líder, diagramas AMEF y planes de control, con el fin de cumplir con las especificaciones de producción y el desarrollo de negocio.
• Crear y analizar especificaciones de maquinaria y liberación de nuevos equipos.
• Conocer los procesos de instalación de maquinaria y equipos para su mantenimiento.
• Coordinar validación de los procesos, que funcionen de acuerdo a especificaciones y tiempos establecidos.
• Analizar el consumo de componentes para la fabricación de productos.
• Crear listas de piezas de repuesto crítico para su reabastecimiento.
• Planear, revisar y ejecutar ensayos para actualizaciones a procesos de acuerdo a requerimientos en el producto.
• Supervisar e implementar la actualización de nuevos procedimientos para la elaboración de productos y mantenerlos estandarizados.
• Dar seguimiento a inconformidades detectadas en auditorías internas y externas y mejoras en los procesos necesarios para cumplir con los requerimientos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos anuales de RPP (Ratio Project Planning) dentro del VSL establecidos por planta.
• Dar seguimiento trimestralmente a la implementación de los proyectos RPP en el VSL a través del equipo multidisciplinario.
• Fungir como contacto clave entre los departamentos de CTG y VSL para RPP.
• Examinar y coordinar ideas RPP que generen valor agregado al producto en el área de VSL junto con las áreas involucradas en la cadena de valor.
• Analizar los proyectos de RPP y proporcionar información técnica y financiera a los analistas de costos y a la dirección de CTG con el fin de sustentar la comprensión y evaluación sobre su viabilidad.
• Organizar, conducir o participar en las juntas o talleres multifuncionales que faciliten la implementación de los proyectos de RPP en el VSL.
• Tiene la responsabilidad de Informar incidentes, peligros, riesgos, oportunidades, impactos ambientales negativos y áreas de oportunidad para la mejora del desempeño energético asícomo cumplir con el control operacional de su área de trabajo relacionado con seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y energía.
• Conocer y llevar a cabo el plan caso de emergencia;
• Participar en el cumplimiento de la Política de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente, así como la Política de Energía en sus actividades cotidianas, además de los lineamientos referentes a las normas aplicables.
