As part of the global Tax team, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing tax risks associated with our business activities the global Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning solutions business for residential and light commercial buildings. This is part of Bosch Group’s Energy and Building Technology business sector. Based on group company’s headquarters in Tokyo, you will be:
国内税務エキスパートとして、ボッシュホームコンフォート事業部門およびその子会社に対し、直接税／間接税分野における国内税法に関する問題、およびそれに伴うコンプライアンス要件について助言する主要な責任を負います。様々な税務要件を調整し、レビューします。その為に事業部門と密接に連携し、税務ガバナンスの窓口として機能します。
ボッシュホームコンフォート事業部門における直接税／間接税に関するグローバルな税務規制（リスク管理ガイドラインを含む）の策定が責任範囲となります。
税務ガバナンス要件の導入と実施状況の監視について、事業部門を積極的にサポートします。
税務監査を管理し、税務コンプライアンス研修を実施します。
ボッシュのグローバル税務エキスパートチームの一員となり、常に同僚と緊密にコミュニケーションを取り、課題を評価し、概念的に基準を開発・改善していきます。
学歴: 税務、財務、経理に重点を置いた経営学または経済学の大学学位、あるいは税法に重点を置いた法学学位、または同等の分野の学習経験。
経験とノウハウ: 国内税務における長年の実務経験（多国籍企業の税務部門または税務コンサルティング会社での経験が理想的）；特に直接税／間接税に関する専門知識；管理会計（コントローリング）の知識。
人物像: 優れたコミュニケーション能力；粘り強く、責任感があり、信頼できるチームプレーヤー；自主的で体系的な働き方ができる方。
意欲: 国際的なネットワークで働くことに喜びを感じる方。他国のチームメンバーと協力して業務を行います。
語学: 日本語および英語に堪能であること（会話、筆記）。
資格: 税理士試験合格者は優遇致します。
