In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle unterstützt du unseren Aussendienst bei der Betreuung unserer wichtigsten Key Accounts und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe bei unseren Kunden. Konkret heisst das:
Key Account Support: Hierbei berätst du unsere Kunden, erstellst Angebote, begleitest Produkt-Neueinführungen sowie Phaseouts und planst Umsatzprognosen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden sowie das Service Level Management zusammen mit der Logistik.
Kundenentwicklung: Du übernimmst die eigenständige Betreuung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung unserer D-Kunden, um ungenutzte Potenziale zu heben.
Lead-Management: Du bist verantwortlich für die Generierung und Qualifizierung von Leads in definierten Wachstumsfeldern und legst damit den Grundstein für zukünftiges Wachstum.
Beschwerde Management: Du koordinierst den Beschwerde-Prozess für deine Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität und Logistik.
Stammdatenpflege: Das Anstossen der Neuanlage von Kunden- und Artikelstammdaten rundet deine Aufgaben ab.

Du bringst einen sicheren und routinierten Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen mit, erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP (idealerweise SAP) und CRM-Tools (idealerweise SAP C4C) sind wünschenswert.
