3. 管理客户问题与变更：组织制动系统相关问题（噪音、抖动、响应异常等）的原因分析与改善汇报，评估客户引发的技术变更对成本、进度、性能的影响。
4. 负责系统设计与集成：制定制动系统技术架构（液压/气压/线控），完成功能分配，定义零部件技术规范。
5. 支持量产与内部协同：解决样车试制及早期量产中的制动系统问题，与硬件、软件、标定、质量等内部团队协作，确保满足客户节点与质量目标。
1.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、自动化、电子等相关专业。
2.3年以上汽车制动系统研发或系统工程相关经验，熟悉ABS、ESC、EPB、EMB等一种或多种制动系统，有OEM或Tier1项目经验者优先。
3.熟悉汽车制动系统原理及整车开发流程，具备系统需求分析、技术方案设计或系统集成经验。
4.具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够推动制动系统相关问题定位及改善。
5.具备良好的客户沟通及跨部门协作能力，能够独立参与客户技术交流、需求澄清及技术评审。
6.英语读写能力良好，能够阅读英文技术资料并进行日常技术沟通。
