The analyst will develop intelligence assessments and provide briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements for military clients. They are responsible for gathering, organizing, and reviewing finished intelligence products to ensure technical compliance and high-quality dissemination.
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and experience applying analytic tradecraft standards such as ICD 203 and 206. A bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience or 7+ years of relevant experience is required.
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence assessments to give your clients the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.
As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll gather, organize, and review finished intelligence products for technical compliance and prepare deliverables for dissemination. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive reviews, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have the resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:
Experience in intelligence analysis
Experience applying analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206
Experience briefing senior military and government officials
Experience collaborating with DoW and IC counterparts to produce intelligence assessments
Knowledge of intelligence reporting, production, and dissemination processes
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, or 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
