The Barista Lead manages daily coffee house operations and leads the front-of-house staff to ensure high-quality beverage service. They are responsible for maintaining operational excellence, training team members, and delivering mission-centered hospitality to guests.
Candidates must have previous barista experience and a Food Handler Certification, with prior leadership experience preferred. The role requires the ability to work flexible schedules and perform physically in a fast-paced environment.
