Oversee the quality and productivity of production lines while managing a team of operators to meet defined objectives. Responsibilities include establishing daily manufacturing schedules, ensuring equipment maintenance, and maintaining strict food safety and traceability records.
Requires a 2-3 year industrial degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record in team management. Candidates must have strong knowledge of the industrial sector, preferably in agri-food, and absolute rigor regarding food hygiene standards.
