Provides direct patient care including hygiene, mobility, and vital sign monitoring under the guidance of a registered nurse. Acts as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team while maintaining accurate documentation and high-level customer service.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of the first clinical rotation in a nursing program or state testing. Candidates should have experience in acute or long-term care and possess strong communication and safety knowledge.

Provides direct patient care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse or designated health care professional in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and within the policies, procedures, guidelines of Bon Secours Mercy Health.
