The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient status, prioritizing needs, and implementing clinical interventions for critically ill patients. They must collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
Candidates must have at least one year of RN experience and current state licensure. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, along with BLS, ACLS, or PALS certifications depending on the unit requirements.
