You will manage enterprise partnerships from pilot to long-term strategic growth while building scalable playbooks and operating systems. You will also align Product, Engineering, and ML teams to ensure successful implementations and drive product direction.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, partnerships, or SaaS with a proven ability to build relationships with senior executives. Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority are required.

As Head of Partnerships & Client Delivery, you'll build the operating system behind every successful enterprise partnership - from first pilot to long-term strategic growth. You'll work directly with the CEO, who leads top-of-funnel business development, taking ownership from pilot kickoff through implementation, delivery, expansion, and long-term partnership success.
You'll sit at the intersection of our largest enterprise partners and our Product, Engineering, and ML teams, helping shape not only successful implementations, but the future direction of the product itself.
This role isn't about answering support tickets or managing renewals. It's about building the operating system that enables enterprise partnerships to succeed at scale. Every enterprise partner presents a different combination of technical, operational, and organizational challenges. Your job is to solve those problems, then turn what you've learned into scalable playbooks that make the next partnership even better.
You'll build on the systems, playbooks, and processes already supporting our enterprise partnerships: codifying what works, improving what doesn't, and building what's missing. You'll shape the operating model, dashboards, implementation frameworks, and operating rhythms that enable our Partnerships organization to scale.
During your first year you'll operate as an individual contributor with significant ownership. As Boam AI grows, this role is expected to evolve into the leader of our global Partnerships & Client Delivery organization, hiring and leading the team that runs the function you helped create.

Keep complex cross-functional initiatives moving forward
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase customer value
Build scalable systems that improve quality, speed, and consistency
Produce executive-quality project updates, analyses, presentations, and documents
Use AI to accelerate delivery, analysis, and communication
5+ years in strategy consulting, partnerships, SaaS, or similar client-facing roles
Exceptional relationship builder who quickly earns trust with senior enterprise executives
Outstanding written and spoken English with strong executive presence
Thrive solving messy, ambiguous, high-stakes cross-functional problems
Experienced partnering with Engineering and technical teams
Enjoy building scalable systems instead of solving the same problem twice
Highly analytical with strong judgment and prioritization skills
Extremely responsive, dependable, and biased toward action
Comfortable influencing Product, Engineering, and Sales without formal authority
AI-native and constantly looking for ways to improve productivity using modern AI tools
Take ownership, move quickly, and thrive with minimal direction
Management consulting or client-facing strategy experience
Enterprise SaaS, CRM, data platform, or implementation experience
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience partnering with Sales and Sales Operations leaders
Experience managing enterprise pilots or strategic customer implementations
Built or advised Customer Success, Partner Success, or Professional Services teams
Experience hiring, mentoring, or leading high-performing teams
