We're looking for an International VP of Strategic Sales & Partnerships to lead BlueQuo's commercial expansion. You'll combine hands-on selling with strategic vision, building relationships with scale-ups and PE/VC organizations globally while shaping our go-to-market strategy and developing emerging sales talent.
Responsibilities
Hunt and close new enterprise deals across international markets; personally drive prospecting, negotiation, and closing with C-level executives on transformational opportunities.
Develop and execute international go-to-market strategies; identify new market opportunities and build scalable sales processes.
Build strategic partnerships with investment professionals, industry leaders, and complementary vendors; identify co-selling opportunities.
Expand and manage key accounts; develop C-level relationships and identify upsell opportunities within existing customer base.
Mentor emerging sales talent; establish best practices, processes, and build accountability within the sales organization.
Shape go-to-market execution with product, marketing, and customer success teams; refine value proposition and competitive positioning.
7-10+ years of B2B enterprise sales or commercial partnerships in tech, SaaS, or strategic consulting.
Experience in hypergrowth companies or scaling organizations where you've personally driven significant revenue expansion and new market entry.
Extensive experience working with PE/VC-backed firms, family offices, and investment professionals across multiple geographies.
Exceptional hunting ability: prospecting, opening doors with senior executives, managing complex sales cycles, closing independently.
Strategic commercial mindset: develop go-to-market strategies, identify opportunities, build scalable sales processes.
Executive presence: build rapport with C-level executives; articulate value propositions; negotiate effectively at all levels.
Entrepreneurial drive: self-motivated, resilient, results-driven, thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Financially savvy: understand unit economics, CAC, LTV; use metrics and ROI analysis to guide strategy and measure success.
