Project Manager - Logistics & Service
Bluebell (Primary) Velo Logistics (Secondary)
Job Summary
This role sits at the intersection of project management, logistics coordination, quality control, and client service within the high-end cabinetry and interior finishing space. The position demands both strategic visibility across multiple concurrent projects and hands-on, on-the-ground execution. The manager serves as the critical link between designers, manufacturers, builders, installers, and ultimately the homeowner - ensuring every project moves seamlessly from conception through to completed installation and beyond.
Essential Job Functions & Key Tasks
Bluebell:
Project Pipeline & Manufacturer Oversight
Maintain full visibility across active projects from the time cabinets come out of production through installation
Manage and track reserve forms with manufacturers for each project
Assign projects to appropriate manufacturer reserves with the help of designers depending on timing
Monitor and track rough submittal timelines from manufacturers and ensure Bluebell meets deadlines accordingly
Track final sign-off deadlines and cabinet manufacturer completion dates
Delivery & Site Coordination
Arrange and coordinate deliveries to job sites and the warehouse
Coordinate schedules with builders to determine site readiness for cabinetry
Ensure job sites meet company standards and installation guidelines prior to delivery
Installation Coordination
Oversee installation of cabinetry, appliances, hoods, hardware, countertops, backsplashes, wood tops, and related millwork, conducting quality control checks during and after installation
Follow up with builders when sites are not meeting readiness or quality standards
Provide weekly updates to stakeholders on each project
Pre-Project & Designer Handoff
Maintain forward visibility on upcoming projects entering the pipeline, ensuring designers have completed all selections, procurement, and specifications prior to handling them off to the installation team
Service & Warranty
Manage all incoming service calls, distinguishing between warranty issues and homeowner wear, tear, or damage, and schedule service visits promptly and efficiently
Determine billing applicability, coordinate invoicing, and source any required parts or replacement pieces to ensure resolutions meet the highest satisfaction standards
General Daily Operations
Transport materials, parts, and equipment between job sites, warehouses, and vendor locations, providing all-hands-on support across teams as needed
Maintain communication with vendors, builders, architects, and designers, and support the marketing team with logistics coordination for events
Velo:
Logistics
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including incoming receiving, inspection and photographing of items, and wrapping, packaging, and handling of goods
Provide physical support including lifting and moving boxes and furniture, and collaborate on delivery days for Velo Logistics moving items for installation dates
