Independently manage end-to-end Academy programmes using structured PM methodology to drive platform adoption and ROI. Specialize in Learner Experience by designing learner journeys, improving UX/UI, and utilizing behavioral data to optimize engagement.
Requires 3+ years of experience in programme management, L&D, or customer education, preferably within a SaaS environment. Must possess strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency in English (B2+).

We're evolving our Academy Operations function from a generalist model into a discipline grounded in programme management methodology and specialisation. As a Senior Academy Programme Manager, you'll independently run Academy programmes end-to-end while starting to build depth in one specialisation: Learner Experience.
In practice, you'll support all aspects of Bloomreach Academy operations, with an increasing focus on Learner Experience. Learner Experience is about how it feels to learn with Bloomreach Academy, from the first interaction to advocacy. In this specialisation, your programmes will cover learner journeys, content discoverability, UX, personalisation and engagement strategy, and more. You'll partner closely with our other Senior Programme Manager (Systems Architecture), the Content team, and other teams internally to turn data and learner feedback into learning experiences that learners love.
