Provide front-line supervision to Airport Customer Experience Specialists and shuttle drivers to ensure compliance with PANYNJ and Block by Block standards. Manage daily shift briefings, assign duties, and provide written reports on shift accomplishments and hand-offs.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service and a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift 50 lbs are required.
Job Summary:
