Estamos buscando um AWS Technical Manager com experiência no setor financeiro para liderar arquitetura, modernização e operação cloud em ambientes de alta criticidade. Nessa função, você será responsável por desenhar soluções AWS alinhadas ao Well-Architected Framework com foco em requisitos regulatórios como BACEN, PCI-DSS e LGPD, definir estratégias de IaC com Terraform ou CloudFormation, construir pipelines DevSecOps e liderar equipes técnicas de alto desempenho com 1:1s, mentorias e planos de carreira. Além da liderança técnica, você atuará como parceiro estratégico de confiança para clientes C-level do setor bancário, traduzindo decisões de arquitetura em linguagem de negócio.
Liderar projetos de infraestrutura, migração e modernização de aplicações no AWS em ambientes corporativos
Desenhar e validar arquiteturas cloud alinhadas ao AWS Well-Architected Framework (segurança, disponibilidade, escalabilidade, custo)
Definir e supervisionar estratégias de Infraestrutura como Código com Terraform e/ou AWS CloudFormation
Construir e evoluir pipelines CI/CD e práticas DevOps para deploys seguros e repetíveis
Gerir equipes técnicas de 5 a 20+ engenheiros: 1:1s estruturados, feedback contínuo, planos de desenvolvimento individual
Facilitar cerimônias ágeis (planning, daily, refinamento, retrospectiva) com foco em entrega de valor real
Coordenar prioridades, riscos, bloqueios e dependências com stakeholders internos e clientes
Ser o ponto de contato técnico de confiança junto aos clientes: entender necessidades, propor soluções e apresentar recomendações de arquitetura
Supervisionar padrões de segurança, governança cloud, monitoramento, backup e continuidade
Acompanhar KPIs de engenharia: lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR, change failure rate
8+ anos em tecnologia, sendo 4+ em liderança técnica ou engineering management
Experiência sólida com AWS em produção:
→ Computação: EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS
→ Redes: VPC, subnets, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN
→ Segurança: IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF
