Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen auf Meta, Google, LinkedIn und YouTube
Verantwortung für Tracking, Testing und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kampagnen
Kommunikation mit Kunden (kein Vertrieb) und interne Koordination der Aufgaben mit unserem Content- und Creative-Team
Erstellung von Berichten, Reportings und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Performance
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative-Team bei der Entwicklung von Ad Creatives

Erfahrung in einer Performance-Agentur oder in vergleichbarer Position im Online-Marketing
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Paid Advertising (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Funnel, Retargeting, Conversion-Tracking
Strukturiertes Denken, analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Eigenverantwortung
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Kundenanliegen zu verstehen und intern weiterzugeben
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
