The Kitchen Partner is responsible for preparing food products according to company recipes in a timely manner. They must also maintain kitchen sanitation, manage shrinkage control, and ensure all quality standards are met.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6-10 hours per shift. Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to perform under stress are required.
Job DetailsJob Location: Houston, TX 77005A Kitchen Partner can hold many different back of the house jobs including, but limited to Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. The Kitchen Partner reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and all other store management.
The Kitchen Partner ensures that all product is made in a timely fashion using recipes set forth by the company. The Kitchen Partner must manage security and shrinkage control as well as overall sanitation of their work area.
· Assist in taking care of guest's needs
· Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift
· Properly producing the guest's order
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
· Putting orders away as they arrive
· Checking product for our quality standards
· Complete daily checklists
· Complete daily par sheets accurately
· Ensure all food produced meets expectations
· Shrink / security control
· Follow systems for quality
· Alert management to any issues or problems
· Report all malfunctioning equipment to store management
