The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for greeting clients, managing appointment bookings, and handling phone inquiries. They also ensure the front desk and retail areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
The ideal candidate should be upbeat, organized, and possess strong problem-solving skills. They must be able to collaborate effectively with barbers and cosmetologists to provide an excellent client experience.
