Birdcall is a technology-driven, fast-casual restaurant brand built around simple, high-quality food and genuine hospitality. As we continue to grow across Colorado, Arizona, and Texas, we're looking for people-first leaders who want to build a career in restaurant management.
As an Hourly Manager, you'll lead the floor during your shifts — overseeing food quality, guest service, and team performance while keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, stepping in as a hands-on leader who trains, coaches, and motivates the team to deliver a great guest experience every shift.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and wants to grow into higher-level restaurant leadership.
