The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market survey participation through strategic partnerships and client engagement. They will identify issues in data delivery, convert leads into customers, and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a university degree in a relevant discipline and possess professional fluency in both English and French. Demonstrated experience in sales and business development is required to succeed in this role.

The Business Development team encompasses strategies for boosting revenue, business expansion on the multi-sector survey program, and partnerships for better profitability.
The Sr. Account Manager (Francophone), as a member of the Business Development team, has a key role in sustaining and growing market surveys through focused engagement and the conversion of non-paying participants into clients.
As a Community™ Practitioner, the Sr. Account Manager has a deep understanding of the Community™ Market product and how it can serve as a channel to access the other components of Community™.
