The role involves managing building community finances, including common expense billing and fund management, while coordinating maintenance and repairs. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for residents and conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure operational standards.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in real estate or facility management with strong numeracy and advanced MS Excel skills. You must be self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and possess excellent communication skills for client and vendor interactions.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of building communities, ensuring their financial health and operational smooth running. This is a hands-on role that balances office-based financial management and client interaction.
