The Program Generalist is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs while ensuring the safety and supervision of youth participants. They will also assist with facility maintenance, administrative tasks, and promoting the mission of the Boys & Girls Club within the community.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with preference given to those with college experience in environmental or education fields. Applicants must be at least 17 years old and possess one year of full-time experience working with diverse youth populations.

AmeriCorps Summary:
AmeriCorps members agree to complete a term of National Service; as they support Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee programming and receive a set living allowance. Upon successful completion of this term of service, AmeriCorps members are eligible for a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award.
