The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-led CRM and paid advertising strategies to grow the fan base and drive engagement. They will oversee end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels while managing budgets and optimizing the marketing funnel.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with a proven track record in CRM and funnel management. Proficiency in email/SMS platforms, analytics tools, and a strong command of paid social and search campaigns are required.
The Digital Marketing Manager owns the engine that grows and nurtures Bethel Music's fan base. This position builds and executes a data-led, multi-channel CRM strategy across email and SMS, and architects the full marketing funnel to drive engagement, conversion, and retention across key audience segments. This role is responsible for planning and managing digital advertising across paid channels, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, and leveraging audience and campaign insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Working closely with the broader marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager translates Bethel Music's brand voice into messaging across streams, subscribers, ticket sales, and e-commerce. This dynamic role requires strong analytical and creative instincts, hands-on campaign fluency, and a commitment to the mission and values of Bethel Music.
