The Reconciliation Manager leads the team in daily and month-end reconciliation of PSP transactions, balances, and settlements to ensure accuracy and completeness. They also drive process improvements, investigate discrepancies, and partner with Treasury and Payment Product teams to resolve settlement issues.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in payment provider reconciliations with managerial experience and a degree in Accounting or Data Science. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of financial controls and accounting principles are required.

The Reconciliation Manager leads the team responsible for the daily and month-end reconciliation of PSP
transactions, balances and settlements. The role ensures that high-volume payment data is complete, accurate and
properly supported, and that discrepancies are investigated to root cause and resolved or appropriately escalated.
The role combines strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge with an investigative mindset and works closely
with Treasury and the Payment Product team to manage settlement issues, transaction discrepancies and
continuous process improvement.
