The Industrial Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high quality standards for electric aircraft production. They will also develop production workflows, conduct time and motion studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in aerospace or electric vehicle industries. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD software, and data analysis tools is required.
