The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs while providing excellent customer service and processing payments. They also handle room assignments, address guest complaints, and perform administrative tasks like reporting and securing bank deposits.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of customer service experience and the ability to stand for 8 hours. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, word processing, and property management software, is required.
