Splicers are responsible for the installation, preparation, and troubleshooting of fiber optic cables in various environments. They must document fiber sequentials, maintain job site cleanliness, and communicate effectively with management and customers.
Candidates must have completed a Splicer I training course with at least 1000 hours of field experience and possess a valid DOT physical. A Class A CDL with a For-Hire endorsement is preferred, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs is required.
