The Senior Service Project Manager oversees all aspects of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, including managing costs, field labor, and subcontractors. They are responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have a 4-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent fieldwork experience in plumbing. A minimum of 10 years of verifiable project management experience with a mechanical subcontractor is required.

The Senior Service Project Manager is responsible for overseeing Service Project Managers and all aspects of the project and be responsible for managing the project costs, field labor, subcontractors/vendors and delivering a quality, safe and on time project, under budget, exceeding customer's expectations. First Line ownership/accountability/responsibility of the project(s) with no excuses.
