The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design of HVAC systems for various building projects from concept through construction administration. They are also responsible for mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, code-compliant engineering solutions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering and possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin. Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office is required, along with extensive experience in HVAC mechanical engineering.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across disciplines, mentoring others, and building strong client relationships.
This position is currently remote; however, there is a possibility it would be in-office or hybrid if a Madison office location is established in the future.
Role Description:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing HVAC solutions for design projects participating as an integral member of the project team. This role is directly involved and responsible for the planning, designing, and engineering of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for educational, health care and/or commercial buildings.
